Guidelines: Practice at one’s own pace with awareness, if needed using the suggested modifications or props.
Helen has been a yoga practitioner for over 30 years and is qualified in several forms of Yoga including Integral, Being and Radiant Light Yoga and has intensively trained in lyengar Yoga.

The breath is used to allow easeful flow encouraging flexibility, strength, tone, stamina, while keeping the unity of the mind, body connection awareness.
Your practice = Mindful Asana Flow, Pranayama, Relaxation and Meditation.
This is a yummy nurturing practice where poses are held for a longer time, the use of props as supports allows the Body & Mind to deeply relax, restore, replenish & renew. Through our Restorative practice our nervous system is nurtured bringing you into balance and stillness. This class will be incorporated with your General Practice on a regular basis
