Helen has been a yoga practitioner for over 30 years and is qualified in Zen Thai Flow, Radiant Light, Integral & Being Yoga & has intensively trained in Iyengar Yoga.

Helen shares in her Mindful YOGA Flow the jewels from each of these modalities.

Asana (posture) Flow

Savasana (surrender into deep relaxation)

Restorative YOGA will be incorporated into Mindful YOGA Flow classes on a regular basis

Restorative YOGA

~ A nurturing practice where poses are held for longer

~ Props are used as supports allowing the Body & Mind to replenish & deeply surrender

~ The nervous system is nurtured, restoring it to a natural state of balance

 

Practice Guidelines:  Moment to Moment awareness, practice at own pace, if needed using suggested modifications or props
